Rosmini hosts International Student Party

The event brought together international students from six different schools across Auckland

On Friday, 12 June, the Rosmini College auditorium came alive as we hosted an International Party. The event brought together international students from six different schools across Auckland: Baradene, Sacred Heart, St Mary's, Marist, Carmel, and of course, our own Rosmini College crew—for an unforgettable evening of fun and cross-school connection.

A huge amount of effort went into making the night a success. We owe a massive thank you to our dedicated International Ambassadors, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes planning the logistics, preparing the venue, and ensuring every single guest felt welcome from the moment they walked through the door. To break the ice, students jumped straight into a high-energy Kahoot game. It sparked some brilliant, friendly competition across the different schools as everyone tested their world knowledge, culminating in a lively prize-giving ceremony for our trivia champions.

The crowd loved the food spread, refuelling on heaps of fresh pizza and sushi while mingling and making new friends. The energy stayed sky-high for the rest of the evening as the DJ kept the tracks rolling, leading into a spirited group karaoke session where everyone got to take the mic and sing their hearts out. New friendships were formed, and wonderful memories were locked in.

It was a fantastic celebration of our diverse international community, and we are so proud of our students for being such phenomenal hosts.
