Aeroplane build group - no riveting class this Monday.
Matariki Herenga Waka The Rosmini kaiako and akonga Maori warmly invites you to attend our Matariki herenga waka on Friday 24 July. Join us for a morning of celebration with kai, whanaungatanga, kahoot and a keynote speaker. To ensure we can cater for everyone please RSVP to [email protected] by Wednesday 22 July. Make-up sessions for the Sacramental Programme Will be held on Monday, Tuesday and Friday this week at lunch break in the Chapel with our Catholic Character Leaders. Please come promptly each day at 12.50 for a make up session. Let the leader know what you missed, and you will receive instruction on the topic and the notes to paste in your book. (One make-up session per break.)

RAD (Recycle a Device) Club on Tuesday and Thursday in B1 at lunchtime.

Wednesday Chapel Mass Take a moment in the middle of your week to find peace and spiritual nourishment. We welcome you to the School Chapel every Wednesday at 12:50pm to celebrate the Eucharist together. Whether you are a regular attendee or haven't been in a while, there is a place for you here.
Wednesday Reconciliation Father Emile will be available for Reconciliation on Wednesdays from 12pm to 12:45pm. If you wish to attend, please ensure you have signed the booking sheet on the Chapel door by 9:10am Wednesday morning. Only students on the list will be permitted to attend, and all names will be shared with Mrs Pryde following form period.
Rosmini Sport
Road Race (Running) Registrations are now open to Y9-13s for the Auckland Secondary Schools Road Race Championships, held on Tuesday 4 August 2026 at Bruce Pulman Park. Anyone with a decent level of running fitness should sign up - whether you are chasing a podium spot or just pushing to hit a personal best! Sports Achievements (Y7–13) Got a major result? Have you recently made a regional or national representative team, secured a top podium finish, or received major sporting honours since December 2025? We want to celebrate your success! The Rosmini College Sports Achievement Register is open to all students from Years 7 to 13 to log high-level milestones. Submissions are used for determining Rosmini Sports Awards and College Sport Auckland nominations, and can be used for newsletter and social media features.
Who can fill it out? Either students OR parents/caregivers can complete the form.
Multiple Achievements? Please fill out a separate form for each individual achievement so we can track them accurately.
Please note this is for regional, national, or premier-level accomplishments only (no social or minor team awards). Don't let your hard work go unnoticed!

- The Lumino the Dentists Mobile Unit is scheduled to come to Rosmini College on 6-25 August. The Lumino the Dentists, School Smiles Programme is fully funded by the Ministry of Health. It offers free dental examinations, oral health education, x-rays and a professional dental clean for students in year 9 to year 13, up until their 18th birthday. Treatment including white fillings, sealants and extractions of baby teeth are also provided on the school grounds as required. For other treatment not completed on board the unit, you will be referred to your local practice or orthodontic specialist.

- Due to a high volume of messages and deliveries, staff can no longer assist with delivering items or messages to students. Please contact your son directly via email. Students will be encouraged to check their emails throughout the day and can collect deliveries from the student services counter.
Student Absences The SchoolBridge app is our preference for notifying the school of student absences and lateness. This includes any appointments they need to leave the school grounds for. We ask parents and caregivers to use the SchoolBridge app to notify the school of student absences, lateness, and appointments. If you cannot access SchoolBridge, please email [email protected] before 9am.
- Homestay Families Wanted! We are looking for current Rosmini College families to host international high school students. Families are expected to provide a safe, supportive, English-speaking home and a private bedroom with study space. Host families provide all meals and internet access, while welcoming the student as a true member of the family. A weekly homestay payment is provided to the host family (Year 7-8: $470 | Year 9-13: $420). Homestays are rewarded with a fun and enriching experience of learning about a new culture and forming lasting global friendships. Lost Property
Students, please take responsibility for your uniform and personal items. Clearly name it - Look after it - Collect it! Lost property is now at Student Services. The onus is on you, the student, to collect your items from Lost Property during your break. We cannot give you an item from Lost Property if it is not clearly named.
Housekeeping
Back up data! If you are saving any work in your student folder please ensure that you are taking responsibility for your work by backing it up. Work can be backed up using a USB, to the cloud, external hard drive and so on. Saving it on school accounts / folders is not enough.
- Reminders for students: A) You must attend in uniform and please ensure you are neat and tidy. You are representing the college when in public. B) Please do not go through St Joseph’s School. C) Rules around student cars in school still apply. Please do not bring your car into school and please do not park in school, St Joseph’s school carpark, St Joseph’s Parish, Lake House Arts nor the Church of Latter Day Saints Car Park.
- Carpark, E Block carpark and front of the school is out of bounds before and after school and during breaks.
Please DO NOT TOUCH or MOVE any of the pest traps at school.
