Introducing the ROBA Reunion Organiser’s Info Pack

Reunions are driven and led by Old Boys, for Old Boys. While you bring the vision, energy, and committee together, ROBA is here to guide you, manage school bookings, and handle the background support.

To make running your event straightforward, we are currently finalising a comprehensive ROBA Reunion Organiser’s Info Pack. This DIY toolkit gives your committee everything needed to plan a great event on campus, including:

• Venue Layouts & Capacity Guides: Specs for the Pavilion, Auditorium Foyer, and Main Auditorium so your committee can decide on a sit-down dinner, a trivia night, or a casual mix-and-mingle.
• Campus Tours: Details on how we can arrange structured tours led by staff or prefects so your group can check out the latest campus developments.
• Facility Access: Operational requirements for requesting Gymnasium and sports facility bookings.
• Catering & Drinks Guidelines: Proven local vendor recommendations (caterers, coffee vans, and food trucks), quantity estimators, and school policies regarding staffing and liquor licensing.
• Saturday Logistics: Essential information on arrival times, parking, and campus access alongside active Saturday school sports.

More than just year groups: Take the lead!

Reunions aren’t limited to year cohorts! If you want to gather your old crew, we warmly encourage Old Boys to take the reins on events for:

Our alumni network stretches far beyond the school gates. We would love to see Old Boys spearhead gatherings in international hubs.
